How long will my session last?

Sessions usually last between 50 to 55 minutes. The exact length may vary depending on your individual needs and what we're working on together. My goal is to make sure we have enough time to explore what matters most to you, without feeling rushed.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions you'll need depends on your unique goals, challenges, and what you're hoping to achieve. Some clients find that a few sessions are enough to address a specific concern, while others may choose longer-term counseling for deeper or ongoing support. We’ll work together to create a plan that fits your needs, and we can adjust as we go based on your progress and preferences.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, I do not accept insurance and am an out of network provider.

Good Faith Estimate

I am committed to transparency and making mental health care accessible. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, I provide a Good Faith Estimate of counseling costs prior to starting services. This estimate includes the expected fees for your sessions, helping you make informed decisions about your treatment. I strive to ensure there are no surprises when it comes to your billing. Your financial well-being is just as important as your mental health, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Common Services and Fees

Initial Intake: $100

Individual Counseling (50-55 minutes): $85

What happens if I need to cancel?

24-Hour Notice: Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $100, as I am unable to fill the time on short notice.

No-Shows: If you miss a session without notification, there will be a full session charge of $115.

Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your Telehealth appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session. Unfortunately, I cannot extend sessions to make up for lost time due to late arrivals.
